Preparation Of Chopped Pepper Enoki Mushrooms

Materials  

Enoki mushroom - 400 g

Chopped pepper - 4 tablespoons

Steamed fish with soy sauce - 3 tablespoons

shallots - 2 sprigs

Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
