How To Make Delicious Braised Pork

Fatty but not greasy delicious. Braised pork is easy to make, but it's not easy to make it so delicious that people can remember it for three years


Materials  

Pork

Minced garlic

soy sauce

water

The recipe for braised pork  


Step 1

Wash the pork belly, remove the hair and cut into small pieces, boil water, then put the small pieces of pork belly into boiling water and blanch, then pour out and rinse cold water until it is completely cooled

Step 2

Put a little oil in the wok, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, add small pieces of pork belly, stir-fry until the surface of the meat pieces is slightly charred, then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce and water, simmer for 20-30 minutes, then turn off the heat

Step 3

When the meat in the pan has cooled completely, add the things to be simmered, such as eggs, potatoes... Add water and simmer again, about 20-30 minutes

Tip 1: Repeatedly boil the pork belly in white water, and then cool it in cold water, which is actually to remove the fat in the pork belly;
Tip 2: Boil the pork belly twice, in fact, to avoid the lean part of the pork belly from becoming hard and raw after repeated stewing.
