How To Make Salt-Fried Chicken Wings

Materials  

Chicken wings 9pics

Salt 10g

A pinch of peanut oil

Black pepper powder or cumin powder or paprika (not necessary) - appropriate amount


Method  

Step 1

Wash the chicken wings, squeeze out the water, add salt and mix well, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 6 hours

Step 2

Remove the chicken wings from the refrigerator, rinse them with water, and squeeze them dry

Step 3

Put a little oil in a frying pan, smear well, add the chicken wings one by one, and fry over low heat

Step 4

When one side starts to turn golden brown, cover and simmer for 2 minutes, turn the other side on the other side, and do the same as above. The purpose of adding a lid is to speed up the ripening of the chicken wings, while at the same time preventing the moisture from being fried dry and the taste from deteriorating.
